The Story of BUSH HOUSE MEDIA LTD!

What is today BUSH HOUSE MEDIA LTD (RC 1057674), a BUSH HOUSE GROUP (RC 1165884) company, started like child's play on Friday, 26th July, 2003 at 9am, with an all-weekday TV breakfast programme, AM EXPRESS EXTRA, on NTA 12, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. At the time, the company went by the very humble business name of Worldwin Media Resources. The urge to conquer the world instigated a corporate upgrade to Worldwin Media ... Ltd. in 2007. Yet, that desire refused to stop burning; forcing yet another upgrade in 2012 when BUSH HOUSE MEDIA LTD was born. The other fine point of the evolution is the simultaneous geometric growth in services offered. In January, 2005, while celebrating the incredible popularity of AM EXPRESS EXTRA, code-named BUSH HOUSE NIGERIA, we started an every Saturday Radio version. In just one, that also recorded wide acceptance; which encouraged us not only to extend Radio version to three times weekly (that is, plus Monday and Wednesday), but also to start a weekly events/news magazine and later a newspaper, Newsd'Or, which to this date is still being read every Tuesday in Akwa Ibom and its environs!

 

 

SERVICES:

 

Essentially, as approved by Corporate Affairs Commission, BHML is about media through and through: Consultants, Newspaper Publishers, Independent Producers & Event Managers.

It hopes to grow into the first one-stop media house in Nigeria; with own private Radio/TV stations as well as a national newspaper. Over the last twelve years, it has been buying out Radio/TV airtime to broadcast its flagship programmes such as BUSH HOUSE NIGERIA, BUSH HOUSE HOSPITALS and 20 QUESTIONS (the last two, just as the TV version, are currently rested). Until three weeks ago, the hour-long Compelling Series was the first and only hour-long private effort on the Network Service of Radio Nigeria every Saturday, 4.30pm as well as every Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday, 10am on Atlantic FM 104dot5,

Uyo (covering South South/South East). For now though, it is live every weekday, 11am at the centre of the nation (Kapital FM 92dot9) playing host and broadcasting to national political captains and decision makers. Plus our online and serialised platforms!
